How do I log in?
You must request access to the site by registering as a new user and verifying your e-mail address. Once this is verifed, your account will be pending approval. Once approved, you will recieve an e-mail informing you that your login has been approved. If you are having any issues logging in after this point, please contact our support by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page.
How do I search for content?
You can search recent story content by using the quick search field in the top bar. Simply start typing your search string and this will seach the title and description of the most recent stories. If you need to search in more detail, click on the appropriate content library above and then use the search function there to perform a content specific search.
What is the tag cloud?
The tag cloud shows all of the current tags for both stories and content on the website. By clicking on a tag, you will be shown an overview stories or content items that have been tagged with this keyword, with options to view more content related to that tag. The words in the tag cloud vary in size depending on the current popularity of that keyword on the site.
How do I download content?
If your account has been enabled for download by the site administrator, you can find download buttons on the content pages. Clicking on these will either start a direct download to your browser or you may be prompted with a dialog to set the save location of the file. Downloading SD or HD video files may take a few minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.
What internet browsers are recommended for this site?
